Damages and Issues

Please inspect your band when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your band qualifies for an exchange, please contact our support team at perkfitband@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. 

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing high quality products designed to support you during recovery.




  • Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects
  • The issue must be reported within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused and in original condition with tags attached





Exchange Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of the Perk Fit Band, and for the health and safety of all customers, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on worn merchandise or merchandise with the tags removed.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your Perk Fit Band arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we are happy to offer an exchange for a replacement band.
